I ordered back on March 7th one hoodie and a backpack and it’s April 29th now and I still haven’t received it
I purchased a couple of these and the only issue I had was they did not come with the water bottle shown in the pictures and nowhere did the listing specify whether it did or not. I am happy with the size and build quality. IDK the dimensions but I would consider this a mid size backpack
The shipping time was super slow. I had even forgot I ordered anything.
Horrible customer service, multiple emails left unanswered. I ordered a 2xl backpack for my son and it’s smaller than his $60 Nike backpack. I see there aren’t even different size options available. $100 for this was WAY, WAY too much money. Also, no return policy. They’re “custom” made for each customer. Yeah, ok.
My first red flag should have been there are no dimensions of the backpack online. I ordered my son a 2xl backpack (for $110 w/ shipping) and it is SMALLER than his $65 Nike backpack. There are now, no size options on the website. Second red flag should have been there is NO refund, all bags are “made to order.” BS. Final red flag should have been shipping. Placed my order around December 4 and JUST got today (1/23/24). There is ZERO customer service. 4 emails/fb messages went unanswered. I will never recommend this sham of a company to anyone. Amazon has similar packs for ¼ of the price. Oh, thanks for the 2 wristbands. Super neat.
